Shipping

Plan product delivery with confirmed lead time, destination, and documents.

Fiberland supports international project shipping. The final carrier, freight, Incoterm, dispatch date, and delivery estimate are confirmed in the quotation or proforma invoice before shipment.

Information needed before quotation

Accurate destination and project details help sales confirm the available delivery route and avoid freight or document changes later.

  • Destination country or region and delivery postcode when available.
  • Product models, quantities, packaging, labeling, and target delivery date.
  • Preferred carrier, appointed forwarder, or shipping account when applicable.

Lead time and dispatch

Lead time depends on inventory, production, compatibility coding, testing, quantity, and documentation. A requested date is not considered confirmed until it appears in the written sales agreement.

  • Sales confirms availability and estimated dispatch date.
  • Shipment details and tracking are shared after carrier handoff.
  • Urgent projects should state the required delivery window in the RFQ.

Shipment and customs documents

Available commercial, compliance, and shipment documents vary by order and destination. List all required files before order confirmation.
