  • How can I return the RMAs ?
    Fiberland will be responsible for repairing all the RMAs if the products you send is under the warranty.But please be noted that Fiberland will not be responsible for the transportation charges .

    Of course , we can ship your orders to your appointed forwarders as well.

     
  • How can I revise or cancel the orders if I change my mind?
    Your can revise or cancel your orders within 8 hours in our business day after order's placed.As almost all the orders will be placed immediately once we have it from customers.Contact your linkman immediately once you have a new idea.

  • How can the orders be placed?
    Please contact with your linkman of Fiberland with your purchase order.Fiberland product part number,item qty,unit price and total price need to be mentioned in your order sheet.If you are new to fiberland,please send email to sales@fiberlandtec.com ,sales director will ask one of our sales manager to contact you for more in details.It’s necessary to share us your company name,address,telephone number,zip code,fax etc for building customer file in our ERP syetem.
